I Think Super Deformed was trying to be more comical when using a slur since it sounds liek he is happy because the con will be closer to where is lives.
Like how ELmer Fud calls Bugs Bunny a "rascally rabbit" or how people of African lineage use the "n-word".
Lots of louisianians use that word frequently.

Just called the hotel tuesday. At that time they had 15 rooms on a higher floor. 100 (or so on a lower) and another 100 (or so) on a lowerer. So we still good. XD
